Room by Room: Your Complete Deep Clean Checklist
A thorough deep clean can transform your home, but knowing where to start is often the hardest part. This room-by-room checklist breaks down every task so nothing gets missed.
Kitchen
Start by cleaning inside all appliances — the oven, microwave, and fridge. Wipe down cabinet fronts, clean behind and under appliances, and scrub the sink and taps. Degrease the extractor fan and clean the splashback tiles.
Bathroom
Descale taps, showerheads, and glass screens. Scrub grout lines, clean inside cabinets, and wash or replace the shower curtain. Disinfect all surfaces and polish mirrors.
Living Areas
Dust all surfaces including skirting boards, light fittings, and shelves. Vacuum upholstery and under cushions. Clean windows inside and out, and wipe down all switches and door handles.
